1 tbsp. olive oil
2 12-14.5 oz. can tomatoes
1 15oz. can tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
12 oz. frozen tortellini
1 lb. mini meatballs
Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Grated parmesan cheese
Precook (bake) meat balls
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
Add liquid ingredients with tomatoes and Italian season
When boiling add meat balls
Simmer 20 min.
Add tortellini
Simmer additional 20 min.
Top with parmesan cheese and serve
