Who or what someone else believes Jesus to be is not the testimony of your salvation. Popular opinion does not determine who He is, was, and will be. The being of Christ Jesus was determined before the existence of humanity. We do not lean on our own understanding, but we do not lean on the understanding of popular belief either. The Anointed I Am teaches and we choose to believe. “But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him” (1 John 2:27).
