2/3 to 1 lb. ribeye steak
1 10 to 12 oz. bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 10.5 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
3/8 cup onions (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup 3 pepper blend (fresh or frozen)
1 6.5 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1.5 tablespoon curry
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup of water

– In large skillet or saucepan on medium low heat, combine olive oil, curry, garlic power, peppers, and onions.
– Cut steak into bite size pieces and salt and pepper moderately.
– Stir steak and mushroom pieces into preheated seasoned olive oil and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
– Stir in water, broccoli, cauliflower, mixed vegetables, and tomatoes and cook covered for additional 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
