Italian seasoning<br \/>\n1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1 medium cauliflower head<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.<br \/>\n&#8211; Remove all leaves from cauliflower head. Cut cauliflower into florets, all roughly the same size. You can slice the large florets in half, if needed.<br \/>\n&#8211; Melt butter and pour into a small bowl. Stir in garlic.<br \/>\n&#8211; In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.<br \/>\n&#8211; Dip each cauliflower piece into butter first, then to breadcrumbs mixture.<br \/>\n&#8211; Place each breaded piece on prepared baking sheet.
